What it does:
- Browse and generate thumbnails for your models, materials and textures.
- Add assets to the scene in a few clicks.
- Paint geometry with a model from your library.
- Apply materials with automatic UVW mapping.
- Replace scene models with another of your choice.

Hi, I have now been using this tool for a while, and it has completely changed my way of working under 3DS max. It truly is REMARKABLE. I would also be willing to help financially to have a few bugs ironed out and newer versions to work.
Seriously your script is amazing. Hope to see some updates soon.

HCG Browser 3dsmax 2014
Hi Francisco,
Have you had a look at your script yet for 3dsmax 2014, I hope you get it working, its fantastic to use.
It would be a shame if this script was not updated, you have made a near perfect tool, so much better than what Autodsk could have thought of doing, oh yeah i forgot they did give us the assetbrowser utitlity (nasty).

I figure out how to add new path in 3ds max 2013. There is a file called HCGAB.ini in "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2013\scripts\HCGAB". We can add new path in this file and save it. Done.
