this script assigns standard material for selection of objects and restores original materials. made for easing painting of objects in cinema4d if you have non-standard materials (i.e. vray material as exporting to cinema4d does not recognize standard materials)

this script clones objects along path (like spacing tool),the clones follow the curve by X and Y axes only, i.e. the clones are stasnding straight but look along path. see inside the script for details

The Object Name Editor tool offers the ability to batch rename objects. The tool allows case sensitive search and replace, appending text, trimming characters and numerical incrementing.

Hey, guys.
Just a simple set of commands you can find in the Algomorph Category under Main UI group once you've put the scripts in your Macro folder and run them. These commands don't appear in either MainUI group / Editable Poly category or in the Editable Poly or the Edit Poly group, although they do appear as on-screen rollout buttons.

As far as the UV align X or align Y functionality goes, this doesn't explicitly exist in Max as a shortcut or button command, which is kind-of an old feature that Max was always lacking contrary to some other 3D apps...

This simple script, allows to accelerate the workflow in 3DSMax.
It assembles the normals tools of Selection, cloning, Hide, Freeze, Color, Rendering and Convert object in an only window allowing a fast search. Very useful for all the uses.

*v1.30 - Now supports displaying 133 different date formats!! (Use the "Change Date Format" option in the right click menu)
*v1.21 - Updated for 2010 and added thumbnail support!

Tired of navigating to the autoback dir, selecting view as detail then sorting by date to find your latest autobak file. then comparing it to your last good saved file? This script will make it easy for you. Brings up a list of max files in your autobak dir, max hold files and your last opened file, sortable by date, size and name. Double clicking will load the file, right clicking will give you a delete option.Sort settings and files displayed are saved between sessions

Unzip to your Max root dir, will be available in macroscripts under "Zorb Tools", or run it as a script from the scrips directory
