2 ways to get your geo to stay constant size 'on screen'.

MCG uses cache method...which unfortunately is not permanent after you close/reopen a saved file, I suggest you Point Cache it out..or export as Alembic...etc... The DCP method will stick after you closed/reopened the file...but not everyone might have 2017.1.....so use the MCG. A pic does nothing to illustrate this...you'll simply have to watch the video...

not much to explain here...except that not only it renders but it actually lobotomises your geo...right there in your viewport...

Raytracer literally throws rays (as splines) and traces their path as they reflect off of surfaces in the scene. This is helpful if you want to visualise the path of light (or sound) and not to visualise the actual ray-traced rendering. You can choose an object of any shape. The script will convert it into an Editable Poly and throw a ray from each of its faces. Therefore, you can have parallel rays by choosing a segmented plane. If you want to throw rays in almost every direction, choose a highly segmented sphere.

Just another small script to add "Material" modifiers on top of the sellections to assign random or in order material ID. Apply multi subobject material to the selection first.

Comment and feedback are welcome.

(updated to v0.31) ProjectSwitcher is a Macroscript utility for quickly switching between multiple project folders. It keeps track of the previously opened projects, saves them to an .ini file and presents them in a dropdown list.

The dialog can be resized to accommodate long path names. v0.3 can also be docked at the top or bottom, v0.31 is using a floating dialog instead to restore compatibility with 3ds Max 2014.
