I knew how powerful Maxscript was,but was always wary of looking at codes. However, a few days ago, i became quite interested in this tool and tried my hand at it.
So here is the outcome ; Blueprint Manager.
The interface:

[DESCRIPTION]
Use to Import orthographic reference sheets to 3DSMax and automatically apply them to newly created respectively named planes in the respective viewports. Mainly made for vehicle modelers and for artists who use modelsheet.

[USAGE]
1)Run scipt
2)Select Images from the "Browse" buttons
5)Create!
For details, see image:

[THINGS YOU SHOULD KEEP IN MIND]
1) Unfortunately, not all blueprints have the top going from left to right. So you'll have to rotate it in place. I tried to encompass as many blueprint types as possible.
2)It is better if you plug in all of the images, otherwise it gives a simple error which doesnt really affect anything.
3)When cropping in Photoshop, make sure the bottom of the image cuts approximately at where the tire meets the ground.
3)Follow the "Note" on image for perfect alignment.
