This script convert poly objects to spline and back.

Additional Info: 

1. Copy Poly2Spline.mcr to Scripts
2. Start MAX - from Maxscript/Run script - choise poly2spline.mcr
3. Go to Customize > Customize U
4. Find category called 'MAXScript tools'
5. Enjoy!
