- Horizontal/vertical format
- Adapts to small/large icons setting
- Can auto-start in a new max session to be a permanent part of the UI
- Adjustable # of swatches from 1 to 16
- Remembers just about everything you tell it to do - including swatch colors
New features in 1.1
- Added reset swatches button to config dialog; turns all toolbar swatches to 50% gray.
- Added support for saved swatch sets. You can now save -load - and delete swatch sets using the config dialog.
- Several basic swatch sets are included as presets.

Anyone got this working in
Anyone got this working in 2009/2010 - this is a really simple and very useful script - been using for ever. Just upgraded and can't seem to get 2008 .ini trick to work.

you must copy max.ini from your "local setting\user\application data\autodesk\3dsmax\max version\enu" to the location of your 3dsmax.exe
I don't know if the 3dsmax.ini on the root of max 2008 has an incidence with the application.

I use this color clipboard all the time, it is one of the first scripts i install, after i install max.
My work arround for max9 is pretty simple: Just copy the 3dsmax.ini file from its new location to the max9 root folder.

I plan to fix it when I get some time, but that may be far, far in the future. If you are a scripter and have the means and desire to fix it yourself, please contact me.
