maTools Select IK Chain UpNode

Select IK Chain End effector and run the script. Select the object you want as IK Chain End Effector LookAt node.

Additional Info: 

Installation:
Copy the file into: C:3dsmax7UIMacroScripts (or whatever is your 3dsmax dir)

Customize > UI > Catagory: maTools / Name: Select IK Chain UpNode
