For use follow this steps:
1- Open your project.
2- if you need, change viewport type to Realistic.
3- run this script from MaxScript menu.
4- select the best time for each frame (default is 3 second).
5- Press "Start Render" button.
6- At the end of animation, press "Open File Location" to see your image sequences; or open : C:\Users\My PC\Documents\3dsMax\previews
