This script randomizes the material ID's in an editable poly by sub-object element. Just select an editable poly (editable meshes will be converted to editable poly) - run the script - assign a Multi/sub material to the object.
will this work in 2009? i can't seem to figure out how to use it - or does someone know of something that i can randomly assign matid's in a poly object?
