"Network render scheduling via the new script access that 3ds max 4 provides. This is a work in progress... June 23: fixed problem where week started on monday instead of starting on sunday. "
Wasn't sure until I ran it - its an older (note the 2001 date above and the max 4 requirement) script so you go to maxscript / run script to use it.
Looks like it was designed to automate scheduling of backburner servers (for network render scheduling). I don't remember what the state of the backburner monitor was back then, presumably it was limited so this script was created. You wouldn't need it anymore for scheduling if you're using any semi recent version of 3ds Max / backburner...
