Hexasphere
Truncated icosahedron-based geosphere – there are always 12 pentagons, all the other faces are hexagons. If you prefer polygon regularity over area uniformity, switch on Relax. Gets rather slow after 20 iterations, especially with AutoSmooth and Relax on.
Installation: Copy the .ms file to your scripts\startup folder or run as a script if you want to try it out first. The object primitive will be available under Examples in the Create panel.

As you can see from the description, there's always 12 pentagons, all the other faces are hexagons. So for 0 iterations, all the faces are pentagons, with higher counts, more and more segments are hexagons but the twelve pentagons are always there.
