hello this one i wrote just now to clean 3dsmax file the office sent me.

Purge empty layers and much more

Similar and much more funtions to clear and keep your scene well organized.
Changes (.) with .

Cleaner
scriptspot(.)com/3ds-max/scripts/cleaner (Very easy interface)

Mr.Clean
scriptspot(.)com/3ds-max/scripts/mr-clean-scene-cleanup-tools-for-max-and-vray (Interface looks abit busy but more funtions offer.)
