I'm sorry to be late like

I'm sorry to be late like this.

1. For undo, I will need to investigate as I'm getting some id mismatch when I use visual Smoothing and come back to object normal view mode.

2. For the problem with the normal smoothing group tool, It is one of the reason why the tool is not in version 1. :P. I haven't got the time to work on it, but it will be nice to be able to improve the pipeline and make POLYSHARP a reel tool and not only a conceptual tool.

3. Yes, the refresh can work automatically, the problem I was getting with a constant loop was the lag increasing when you work on objects with lot's of polygons and don't want to see at every action what smooting group is used on your selected model. I may add a checkbox to enable the refresh based on the smoothing assignation from max smoothing group tool and POLYSHARP.

I'm glad to see that POLYSHARP can help peoples.

refreshing smoothing colors problem

I love your tool! I have some a couple problems that keep me from using it :(

1. Undo doesnt seem to work with your tool.

2. Most importantly, in my work flow it is important for me to also use the the standard max smoothing group assignment dialog boxs. The problem is your tool doesn't update, even with your refresh button. The only way I find to see the colors update is by turning off your "Apply Visual Smooting" button off and then on again. :(

Please help! :)

Also can the refresh happen automatically instead of manualy? That would be awesome! I have been searching and waiting for a tool like this forever! :)

Thanks!

Thank you, it's an old script

Thank you, it's an old script I made to help reduce tangent space bugs on an old game. Yes, it will be possible. Actually, when I do the face colouration part, I'm assigning material id's from id 1 to 34 to make the colouration visible. I could make a new script that handle only materials id selections and assignation.
