Obj-Selector of obj without a UVWMap modifier
Submitted by toby on Thu, 2008-08-28 22:58.This short script allows the user to automatically select all
objects in a scene that do not have a 'UVW Map' modifier applied to them.
This is useful especially for users who work with imported data from AutoCAD. The imported data contains uvw information, but in most cases the uvw coordinates need an overwork. This script makes it easier to isolate those objects in the scene.
Simply drag and drop the script into your 3ds max viewport after the import process is finished, et voilà.

Tertium Organum CollectoREX
Submitted by Tertium Organum on Fri, 2008-07-18 00:45.
TOCollectoREX is utility replacing and supplementing standard Resource Collector.
It allows gather all scene resources together, put them in specified place, find where all missing files are used (exactly in which objects). It can find which files in specified place are no longer used by scene. It also allows convert bitmaps to jpg, etc.
Utility supports XRefs of all types and processes all scenes linked to current.
Unlike all other such scripts, it really finds all resources (images, HDR-images, Vray meshes, IES-files, shaders), not only some bitmaps (Relink Bitmaps, Resource Collector). Below there is full description.
Interface:

RH Map Node Renamer
Submitted by swat3d on Mon, 2008-02-25 03:37.It takes the material assigned to the selected object and assigns the name of the object to it. Then it checks if there is a bitmap texture assigned to "Diffuse", "Specular Level", "Opacity" and "Bump". If it finds a bitmap texture in the slot it renames the bitmap texture node to "Color", "Specular", "Opacity", "Normal". Then it also renames the textures asigned using the pattern "NameOfTheObject_NameOfSlot.*" ex. SmallBox_Color.bmp
RH Check ATS Maps
Submitted by swat3d on Mon, 2008-02-25 03:17.This script goes through all the .max files in a given folder and checks if all the assets in the Asset Tracking System have their status set to "Ok". Once its done it pops an info box thats shows how many files where checked, and then gives you the name of the .max files that were wrong.
DoGravity
Submitted by mirza on Thu, 2007-10-25 13:15.A utility for placing objects at the right height on complicate grounds.
Especially usefull when placing quickly great numbers of peoples, plants and cars on a big area with streets, parks and trottoirs at different heights.
Simply place them on a plan view and then run this utility.
Quite similar to the Drop script for Sketchup, but with some more control.

smart menu
Submitted by 111 on Sun, 2007-04-08 17:06.another script for today :)
this script scans a folder on your PC and creates a menu in 3dsmax's interface with all scripts it finds there (you must specify the path to scan in the script by yourself). all you need to do with your new script is to place it in that folder, and you will be able to access it in 3dsmax interface. no macroscripts support.
paint cloner
Submitted by 111 on Sun, 2007-04-08 16:49.the purpose of this script is to place objects by painting with mouse. like advanced painter, but advanced painter uses max's paint interface which is somewhat slow on complex models. my script paints objects over the active grid. after you place objects, you can put them down to ground, apply random transforms, apply random materials (all these things with other scripts).
