Description

MCloth Animator

MCloth Animator allows you to simulate mCloth on any animated mesh directly, including the 'Skin' modifier of your character! Your mesh will stay original and not being simplified (as 'convex'). No more headache with proxy objects or exporting to other software. MCloth Animator will simulate selected objects automatically with only 1 button! Don't waste your time for routine.
Third party plugins are natively supported.

Can it interact with an object (Editable Poly) with a Point Cache on it? Thanks!

Works great!

i am having a problem : i am using 3ds max 2020, my animated mesh has an editable mesh and a skin modifier on it...however when i press on autosimulate/proxify button my model is converted to an editable poly and all the skin modifier is collapsed in the stack and my animated mesh loses all of its animation...could you please prevent this from happening

[Related to ver 1.0 of the plugin]

Nigelmerle, to make it work, your model must be originally an editable poly. Otherwise, the plugin will convert it. You need to copy the skin modifier, convert the model to editable poly and paste it back before using Mcloth Animator. I'll consider fixing this issue in the next version of the plugin.

I used this script to calculate the costume model of the character (with the skin modifier), but without any fabric effect, Using static objects to simulate fabric has no effect, can the publisher record teaching video?

this looks interesting.... are there any video examples of it in use?
