Great script

It could be absolutely excellent if Z-depth map can recognize opacity/refraction. For example all oblects under glass have same depth map as glass object.

Render mask and Proxies

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to get rendermask to successfully render out masks of proxied objects? I have over 3,000 objects which I needed to convert to .vrmesh as my file would have crashed. When I try to render a mask of these it doesn't give a smooth black and white mask?

Can anyone help with this?

Cheers,
Jo

Atmosphere Effects

It would be nice to have a option to disable all the atmosphere effects while using rendermask...

And yes, it would be nice to make it work with corona :)

Keep the good(amazing) work with this script.

Opacity Map Problem

Hi,
Thank you for this great tool!

Unfortunately the opacity map bug described by daveb867 is still present.
As soon as one material in a multi/sub material has an opacity map, the whole object is rendered with that map when "keep opacity map" is ticked. (See attached image)

Any chance to fix it in a further release?
Thanks
g.

help please

hey all,
i have installed rendermask in my max 2014 and when i try using it to render a simple luminance mask it renders a mask of all the objects in the scene and not only the selected one, + it renders the mask in black so in the RGB channel it's black on black insted of white on black.
anybody knows?
thx
guy
