Generates selection sets based on Material names. It will group all objects using the same material into one selection set.

Opens the currently selected map into Photoshop - or any similar imaging app. Bitmaps are just opened and procedural maps are rendered - saved and then opened.

Color Cube

I have made this script - because I wanted to see colors in space. It generates boxes or spheres representing the color gamut in 3d space.

Reload ALL bitmaps in ALL materials in the scene. Shortest script ever to come from Boboland...

Takes any max file in a specified directory (or recursively through a directory tree) and adds all scene materials to a matlib you specify. If the matlib does not exist - it will create it - otherwise - it'll add to the one that's already there.

Lets you create several different kinds of atmospheric passes. For example - you can saves an image sequence that represents the current environment ranges in the scene by changing all objects in the scene to a matte material and rendering the scene with white fog. Good for doing postprocess fog and postprocess depth of field.

"As the name suggests - mxtl is a tool to generate bitmap texture using Renderman style shading language. Great for learning procedural texture creation using Renderman SL under 3dsmax enviroment. There is also several utilities with nice gui as well as sample shaders. Most of them was adapted from renderman shaders."

Checks all materials in the scene and reports any that do not have square textures(to the power of 2).

Sea Material

Simple script just creates a plane and adds a sea material on it. You can change it's various properties like sea color - etc. Hope every one likes it...Works fine...
