Timeline Addon 2.0.8-42

Adds more functionality to the 3ds Max timeline. You can:

  • adjust timeline start, end, slider and length
  • navigate through frames and keys
  • move, select, align, reverse keys
  • set timeline bookmarks
  • show info about ram and cpu usage
Additional Info:
Version Requirement:
3ds Max 9 SP2 or higher (I think there will be no Max 8 version, because there are not enough requests)

Would it be possible to add

Would it be possible to add a button to reset the timeline to its original length. For instance, if you can add a start and end frame value box, and a single button to click that would restore the timeline to these values.

What version of Max is this

What version of Max is this script for? Script looks awesome, I am using an older version of Max and I tried using the script and it gave me the blue screen of death. When I deleted the script out it started working again. Any advice or info would be awesome.

Yeah, this is one life

Yeah, this is one life saver. I work as a game animator, and this really saves a lot of clicking around. When working with animation loops, I formerly used the time configurations panel all the time. Now I can do same things in a split of a second, and keep focus on the animation flow.

So, thank you very very much.

ps. One feature that I've been thinking that might be possible with maxscript: Looping only a wanted section of the visible timeline. Like when looking at frames 100-200 you could loop frames 137-167.
