Layer Manager is a utility that creates layer controls for 3D-Studio MAX. When Using Layer Manager - every object that is created within Max is placed on a Layer -
each object defaults to the World Layer. Each layer has it's own properties - and each object assumes the properties of the layer it exists on. Layers can easily be hidden - frozen or given an alternate material.

MaxScript Variable Monitor allows you to keep an eye on the value of MaxScript variables in a resizable floater. The MacroScript uses a ListCtrl ActiveX control. so you must have 3DSMax 4 and Microsoft Office installed on your machine for it to work. This tool is only useful for people who write and debug scripts.

A 3ds max 4 version of the R3 script (which used to be a RCmenu).
Select a single geometry object, click button, pick a normal on the surface of the object by clicking and holding the mouse, release mouse to set view. NOTE: Does not work as Action Item for QuadMenus yet. (Bug in MouseTrack?)

150 scripts in one gui. I'm using it to simplify my workflows. The commands.txt growed up over 5 years and will go on.

  • Fixed a "public-variable"-bug in the main-script which results in an errror in max7(+).
  • A few new scripts in the commands.txt

A Macroscript that just executes the FreeSceneBitmaps() function in MAXScript. Very useful for freeing up memory after a render.
