 The Outliner 2.0 is a fast and easy to use scene management tool. It has a wide range of features, including selecting, hiding, freezing, linking and grouping objects in the "Hierarchy Mode". In the "Layer Mode" you can organize your scene by dragging&dropping objects from one layer to the other. What's more, the Outliner offers support for nested layers, to manage scenes more efficiently. The interface is nimble enough to keep it open constantly.

Compared to the previous version (1.6.1), there are many improvements. Most notable among them are: hugely increased performance, improved stability, nested layer support and many small tweaks to improve the ease of use. For a list of all changes, click here

established 11 objects and

established 11 objects and wanted to make their subsidiaries (connect) on stage, but after 8 object link does not work. Link tried method of the Outliner.

Hide/Unhide children

Is it possible to let outliner automatically hide or unhide children of objects ?
Please without expanding the complete tree in outliner (or make it an option)

Ah nice find, I should have tried that of course!
I've created an issue for this at github: https://github.com/Pjanssen/Outliner/issues/44 It should be easy to fix in a future update.

i tried here attaching 2 mesh

i tried here attaching 2 mesh objects and also 2 poly objects, fine here, no crash.

bug found in version 2.1

I updated to version 2.1 and while trying to attach 2 meshes, outliner crashes. I reverted to the old version since this is unstable.
