BodyObject Render Quality

Hi All When you work with Solidworks files in 3D studio max might you are looking for something which can change for selected objects the render settings. This script change render setting by predefined values in buttons. Everybody is free to rewrite own values in script. This script is just rewritten script by Barigazy, who is done an awesome script BodyObject Quality that knows to change viewport quality of body object. So I have taken the body of script an use it for my purpose. That way I would like to thank to Barigazy for his great job.

Raytrace Map Remover

A simple script to remove the raytrace maps from the scene's material library(diffuse and reflection map slots). This is for people using Mental ray as raytrace maps may (and will) slow down rendering times considerably.

BodyObject Quality


With this tool you can control Display and Mesh Quality Settings of multiple selected BodyObjects by single click.
This is very useful for those who often use models imported from SolidWorks, Inventor, Catia, Rhinoceros etc.

Copy Replace

Turns a selection of objects into instances or references of another object.

Fixed in v 2.0:

  • Instances outside the selection are not replaced anymore. (Thanks to Anubis)

Selectionset Manager

Tool for exporting and importing selection sets

Simple tool to transfer selection set between Max files.
Selection sets depend on the naming of scene objects.

Functions:

*export of actual selected objects as selection set
*export of all selection sets in scene
*import of exportet selection set files (.txt)

Manual:
Export:
*set name of export file
*paste or browse export path, otherwise it will choose the actual Max folder
*choose export of selection or selection sets
