Normalize Spline

This scripted plug-in normalizes a spline by number of segments instead of the segments length. With options to show the vertex ticks, to close the splines, and optimize by deleting points relative to an angle threshold.

Time Range Manager

Allows you to edit and save a collection of named time ranges and access them via a dropdown list to change the scene time range based on their time settings.

Ranges are stored as a collection called sets. Multiple sets are then stored as a collection called projects.

The data is stored in INI files and so makes it independent of any maxfile.

There's also a compact option by clicking the thin bar above the ranges list.

Auto mesh Skinning


This script is for fast and accurate mesh skinning, but it won't generate skin for production ready. There will by always something to correct weights.

It's very simple all You have to do to set slice boxes. Just watch video and everything should be clear.

In version 0.6 there is simple automatic mirroring made. The rigg should be set in x=0 position.

WHAT IT DOES:

This tool will create a Reference guide line, oriented from two points selection, and subdivided at a given Scale (in world units), for later snapping. 

Its specially useful for achitectural modelling, when you need a distance reference for objects positioning, distance reference, intersection points....

  • Reference protractor, with diferrent common angles sets, protractor axis aligment option.
  • Intersections: Creates helper points in lines intersections.

 

 

CAT Pose Grabber

A panel to support CAT rigs which allows temporary storage and retrieval of a single or muliple poses. Poses are not named and there is no management of them. The idea is that you simply want to grab a pose (or several) and use it immediately, without dealing with names or folder structures for fluid workflow. Poses saved are stored as files and are thererfore persistent unless overwritten using the script store functions.

Features include:
- Supports multiple CAT rigs in the same scene. You can even transfer poses from one rig to another.
