Modifier Stack Jump and Loop

It is a small macro script to be added as shortcut.

First it switch Command Panel to Modify Tab.

Then jumps to next modifier down.

From bottom base object it goes back to top modifier.

I use it with "`" key so is next to 1,2,3,4,5,6 (subobject shortcuts)

 

 

It is similar to max build in "Next Modifier" shortcut but avoid issue with jumping to other instanced modifier / object.

Selecting or applying material ID's with one click!

Rollout with button grid for selecting or setting material ID's of selected polys up to ID 24. Works with editable poly only. Displays selected poly's material ID if they're same.

Examples:
Want to set some specific material ID up to 24 to selected polys? One click.
Want to select polys with same material ID's of selected poly? One click.
Want to check if all desired polys have some material ID? One click.

Game Models Tools

This script lets you perform various texture map batch operations and batch import and map various game object formats. You can batch populate and rename the filepaths for different map slots ( as well as set other common properties ). If you have many bitmaps named according to a naming convention, you can quickly populate the appropriate maps accordingly.

At the current moment, there is no help documentation.

Simply run the script from the maxscript menu.

FumeFx FreezeFrame

FumeFx FreezeFrame is a very simple script for work with “still simulation” like clouds, nebula, ecc...The script have only 2 buttons:

-Freeze/unfreeze button: to set the out-of-range type to work statically
-Frame spinner: set the simulation frame(useful in lookdev step)

Align vertices to a mesh

Align vertices to meshes with this script. Aligning objects is pretty standard in 3dsMax, but if you want to align, or move, vertices to a mesh it starts to get messy. This script does exactly that for you. You can project vertices of a shape including bezier handles or vertices of a poly downwards on a mesh.
