This is useful especially for users who work with imported data from AutoCAD. The imported data contains uvw information, but in most cases the uvw coordinates need an overwork. This script makes it easier to isolate those objects in the scene.

Creates a number of wires that travel through various target objects. Useful for making bundles of wires for robots or other mechanical devices in a few simple clicks.

Tutorial:
Make 3 spheres anywhere in the viewport. Select all 3 spheres. Run the UI version of the script. In the wirebundler interface, click on "Add select to target list". Click Apply. It will make 10 splines, each the vertex of each spline will exist inside one of the 3 spheres. Play with the settings to get different effects.

Here is a little script that displays how many x-edged faces you have in your editable polygon object, where x ranges from 3 to the maximum number of edges bordering a face that can be found in your object.


Animation Ranger

This script intended to simplify changing time range values inside max.

I tried to make it similar to Mayas timeslider.

There are four spinners and two sliders.

At the far right and far left spinners are maximum and minimum values of range.

Other two spinners and two sliders are for zooming in and out to the timeslider.


Copy/Paste transforms

Quick tangents

This will set the tangents of your selected keys
in the trackbar.  It's pretty easy
to use,
select your
keys in the trackbar or trackview
(however the whole point of it is to change your keys without opening
your trackview) and click on the tangent you want. That's it.
It also has options to choose whether you want to change only
the
incoming or outgoing tangents.


VRay path cleaner

Hi, sometimes we may save maps(ie. irradiance map) when rendering with VRay, and then load them. But, the load and save path will be visible forever, untill you restart your max.Someone may feel not well for that, like me. " and drag "Map Loader" to a toolbar, click to run.

 

Loads maps into the material editor that exist in the scene.  Very straightforward.

Biped Manipulator - MAX script, allows fast select biped bones and also the whole arms, legs and spine. Unlike other similar scripts Biped Manipulator doesn't occupy much screen place. If there are several bipeds on the scene it is possible to use for convenience several Biped Manipulators.
