Snap Verts

8 votes

Snaps selected vertices to the closest vertices of the target object.
Works on Editable_Poly and Edit_Poly, at any level in any modifier stack.
Also works inside the same mesh (if you pick the same object as target object)

This is based on this script: http://visionlore.com/lab/snapverttovert.php

Ghost is a plugin script that takes any object in the scene and haunts it with its ghost. You can also use Kghost that kills the selected object and turns it into a ghost.SGhost (sticky Ghost) to create 'Spirit leaving the body' like Fx.

Imap Control alows you to save a series of Irradiance maps per frame with V-Ray® and then allows you to reuse those maps per frame - It also is useful to save incremental maps when creating Incremental add maps - saving progress incase of a crash.

This script makes adding positional noise to an object a simple task.

animated align dummy

my hack for creating a helper that is aligned to a object not by means of PRS controllers but actual vertex points on the mesh.

useful for adding dummies for lights that are linked to pointcached objects.

Node Store

8 votes

In Max6 'this' has been added to the script controllers making it posible to reference the script controller itself. This means you can now use a Custom Attribute added to the script controller and store the nodes that the script will be accessing. Why you ask?

NET_bitmaps

hello everyone - so after a really long thay working on this i decided to share it with all of you.

Zoom selected keys

8 votes

Select some keys in the
trackview, run the UI script and it'll zoom
your tackview key window right to them. If you don't select
any keys,
it'll just zoom to your entire animation range extents. This
works best I think when assigned as a trackview quadmenu item and your
tackview
vertical zoom is set to the vertical extents of the animation range.

SelectSimilarArea

This script will select all other faces that have a similar area (defined by your threshold limit). Very straightforward.
