V-RayMtl Converter - the very useful professional tool for automating such a time-consuming process as converting of materials, maps, lights, cameras, proxy, modifiers etc. from different renderer engines (currently supported: Standard, Raytrace, Autodesk Material, Architectural (Revit), mrArch&Design, Corona Renderer, NVIDIA iray (unofficial), fr-Advanced, Brazil Advanced) to V-Ray, as well as to reverse the conversion of V-Ray materials into Standard materials (which is very useful for game developers, 3d modelers, etc)

Description: This MouseTool is made to help place a node onto the surface of some geometry based upon mouse click location. it will place the node by its pivot point and orient its local z axis to the normal of the intersection. Advanced Painter is a modular brush-based distribution tool derrived from the Nature Painter script. This tool comes with 7 inks:

  • Grass: to create grasses; Grass: to create simple grasses
  • Hair [new]: used to create simple hair/fur (or as guide hair for Shag:Hair
  • Randomizer [new]: a variation of Scatterer used to randomly distribute a selection of objects.
  • Stone: to create simple stones and peebles.
  • Spaghetti: spaghetties, noodles, wires and other long things maker.

Pivot & Align Tools (quad-menus)

Pivot & Align Tools (PAT) are a set of macros bundled into a quad menu that allow you to perform various object alignment, pivot alignment and object snapping functions, among others. Most of the functions can operate on a selection of multiple objects at once.

Morpher Utilities

A set of tools to work with the morph modifier.

Features:

  • Put an edit poly over the morph modifier to make any changes, then use the script to collapse the edit poly keeping the morpher operational. 
  • Extract the shapes to work on them separately and then load them again with one click. 
  • Skinwrap an object on another with a morph modifier, then convert the skinwrap to a new morpher.
  • Copy the animation track from one morpher to another, matching channels by name or number.

Known issues:
morpher channels with spaces on the name cause an error.
