Tetrahedral Spline

Tetrahedral mesh primitive primitive traced along a picked spline path. The starting direction is controlled by the Seed parameter, after that new tetrahedrons are added in directions resulting to the closest match to the original path. When turbosmoothed, the result is a uniform organic-looking surface.

This is a small script for completely removing all references to missing plugins from your 3ds Max scene. For more details when running the tool, make sure to also read the info printed to the MAXScript listener.

Use with care (!) and do not save the results under the same file name!

The script will replace any missing plugin object with the first usable alternative object of the same class (e.g. a missing render effect will be replaced by the first available render effect). I cannot give any guarantees this will not mess up your data, your machine or your live.

Script copy and paste objects from scene to scene use list of files. Saves objects in one scene and paste them from the list into another scene. You can save objects as fbx or in previous version of 3dmax.
You can assign copy/paste operations on hotkeys like Ctrl+Shift+C and Ctrl+Shift+V.

Useful for creating small libraries with objects and scenes.

EDIT: I have uploaded a newer version of the script with a simple change. I just tested it with Max 2012 64bit. The only major change is you can now add names to the different systems that are created.

This is my first script that I wrote while learning MaxScript. It creates a particle flow system that creates a fire effect on a selected object in a scene. This is my first pass so I figured I would post it up here and get some feedback and if it helps some people that's cool to.

NGon spline primitive created by dragging the first edge. Holding shift constraints to ortho, holding ctrl flips the shape. The original idea and implementation comes from Aslan Tamjidi, see the discussion thread for further details.

- Run the script using MaxScript -> Run Script
