Game Models Tools

This script lets you perform various texture map batch operations and batch import and map various game object formats. You can batch populate and rename the filepaths for different map slots ( as well as set other common properties ). If you have many bitmaps named according to a naming convention, you can quickly populate the appropriate maps accordingly.

At the current moment, there is no help documentation.

Simply run the script from the maxscript menu.

This is a very small, but useful script for 3ds Max. It can increase the performance of the viewport by showing all objects in the scene as a box, except the selected objects. So you can see the selected objects normally and you can work on it.

DebrisMaker2 - Procedural geometry creation tool

The DebrisMaker2 is a free procedural geometry creation tool for 3ds Max, that lets you quickly create objects for your 3D scenes. With the DebrisMaker2 you can create brick, corrugated metal, crystals, gemstones, snowflakes, grass, gravel, leaves, logs, splinters, meteors, obsidian, pigeons, planks, twigs, river stones, sandstone, shrapnel and slate. You can input parameters to customize the style of your debris.

This is the perfect script to transfer your models from 3ds Max to ZBrush/Unity/UDK/...
Basically it batch exports objects to multiple files.
Supported formats : max, obj, fbx, 3ds, ase, dwf, dwg, dxf, dae.

VRayMtlConverter v2.5

A simple MAXScript to automate otherwise time-consuming tasks regarding converting some types of materials (currently: Standard, Raytrace, Brazil Advanced and fr-Advanced) to VRay Materials - and also fixes some parameters of materials of previous versions V-Ray (1.09.xx) in view of changes in new versions V-Ray (1.46.xx and 2.0 SP1).
